swdid marketing tool(이하 "서비스")은 사업자가 자기 인스타그램 프로페셔널 계정을 연결해, 게시물에 남긴 댓글에 공개 답글과 DM을 자동으로 보내는 도구예요. 이 문서는 서비스가 어떤 정보를 왜 받고, 얼마나 두고, 어떻게 지우는지 설명해요.
1. 받는 정보

댓글 쓴 사람에게서는 이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 결제 정보를 받지 않아요. 받은 정보를 광고·판매·제3자 제공에 쓰지 않아요.
2. 보관과 처리
정보는 서비스 운영 서버(Vercel)와 데이터베이스(Neon, 미국 리전)에 저장돼요. 계정 운영에 필요한 동안 보관하고, 아래 방법으로 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 지워요.
3. 삭제 요청
- Facebook·Instagram 설정의 "앱 및 웹사이트"에서 이 앱을 지우면 Meta가 서비스에 삭제를 알리고, 서비스는 해당 사용자의 기록을 지운 뒤 확인 코드를 돌려줘요.
- 사업자는 관리 화면에서 인스타 계정 "연결 끊기"를 누르면 그 계정의 토큰과 연결 정보가 바로 지워져요. 가입 계정 전체 삭제는 아래 DM으로 요청해 주세요.
- 인스타그램 계정 @today.kkultip.lab에 DM으로 "데이터 삭제"라고 보내도 돼요. 확인 후 그 사람의 댓글·버튼·클릭 기록을 지워요.
4. 바뀌면
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 올려요.

swdid marketing tool ("the Service") lets businesses connect their own Instagram professional accounts and automatically sends a public reply and a direct message to people who comment on their posts.
What we collect
From Meta (Instagram) webhooks and APIs: comment id and text, the commenter's Instagram-scoped user id and username, the post id, button taps in DMs, and whether the person follows the account. From our own link redirect: link clicks (user id, post id, time). From businesses that sign up: email and password (stored only as a scrypt hash); the connected Facebook Page and Instagram professional account id, username and profile picture; the Page access token (encrypted with AES-256-GCM); and the automations they create. We do not collect names, phone numbers, emails or payment data from commenters, and we do not sell or share any of this data.
Why
To reply once to each matching comment, deliver the promised link, and count per-post results.
Storage
Data is stored on Vercel and Neon (US region) for as long as needed to operate the account.
Deletion
Remove the app in your Facebook/Instagram "Apps and Websites" settings; Meta notifies our data deletion callback and we delete your records and return a confirmation code. Businesses can press "Disconnect" in the admin page to delete a connected account and its token immediately. You can also send a DM saying "delete my data" to @today.kkultip.lab.
