1. 서비스

swdid marketing tool(이하 "서비스")은 사업자가 자기 인스타그램 프로페셔널 계정을 연결해, 게시물 댓글에 공개 답글과 DM을 자동으로 보내게 해 주는 도구예요.

2. 사업자의 책임

• 본인이 관리 권한을 가진 Facebook 페이지와 인스타그램 계정만 연결해요.
• Instagram 커뮤니티 가이드라인, Meta 플랫폼 약관과 정책, 관련 법(정보통신망법, 개인정보 보호법 등)을 지켜요.
• 스팸, 허위·과장 광고, 불법 상품 안내에 서비스를 쓰지 않아요.

3. 메시지 한도

서비스는 Meta가 정한 한도를 따라요. 댓글 하나에는 7일 안에 DM 한 통만 보낼 수 있고, 계정마다 시간당 보내는 수가 제한돼요. 한도를 넘는 메시지는 늦게 가거나 보내지 않을 수 있어요.

4. 중단과 해지

사업자는 언제든 관리 화면에서 계정 연결을 끊을 수 있어요. 약관이나 Meta 정책을 어기면 서비스가 연결을 끊거나 이용을 막을 수 있어요.

5. 책임의 한계

서비스는 Meta API의 변경·장애로 생긴 지연이나 실패에 대해 책임지지 않아요. 무료로 제공하는 동안 서비스는 있는 그대로 제공돼요.

6. 개인정보

개인정보는 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 다뤄요.

The Service lets businesses connect Instagram professional accounts they manage and automatically reply to comments with a public reply and a direct message. Businesses must only connect accounts they are authorized to manage, follow the Instagram Community Guidelines, Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies and applicable law, and must not use the Service for spam or unlawful content. Messages are subject to Meta's limits (one private reply per comment within 7 days, hourly limits per account). Businesses can disconnect at any time from the admin page; we may suspend use that violates these terms. The Service is provided as is, and we are not liable for delays or failures caused by changes or outages of Meta's APIs. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
